Gail Anders is the operational backbone of VPUU, ensuring that our projects and programmes run smoothly and efficiently. With a keen eye for detail and a talent for strategic planning, she manages the essential systems, resources, and processes that allow our teams to excel.
Gail’s pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach is instrumental in turning our community-focused goals into tangible, on-the-ground reality. She is dedicated to creating a strong internal foundation from which VPUU can grow and thrive.
Dinilesizwe Gudlindlu is the vital link between VPUU and the community. In his role as Community Participation Lead, he facilitates meaningful engagement, ensuring that community voices are not just heard but are central to the planning and implementation of all projects.
Dinilesizwe fosters dialogue, builds trust, and empowers residents to take ownership of the development processes that shape their own neighbourhoods. His work embodies the VPUU principle of development with the people, not for the people.
Phethang Mabeba is a passionate advocate for the youngest members of our communities. As the Early Childhood Development Lead, she oversees programmes that lay the critical foundation for a child’s future learning, health, and well-being. Phethang believes that investing in early childhood development is one of the most powerful ways to break cycles of poverty and inequality. She works tirelessly to create safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments where children can learn, play, and grow to their full potential as members of society.
