PACK Home -Practical Approach to Care Kit Information and Advice for the Home covers everything you need to know about the coronavirus, from coping with the virus to looking after your health, and living with a chronic condition.

PACK Home contains information about coronavirus (COVID-19) and about common chronic conditions. You can read advice on how to care for yourself and your family during this time as well as how to care for yourself if you have a chronic condition. PACK Home was developed by the Knowledge Translation Unit, University of Cape Town Lung Institute in collaboration with the Western Cape Department of Health. We have built on our package for community health workers, PACK Community, and have worked closely with role-players in the delivery of primary care during the COVID-19 outbreak.
